personally: the first long runs with my mother in the mountains because of how much she loves the sport. coaching: all of the great kids i have coached over the years and watching them grow as runners and humans.

first, having the most understanding and fairest boss ever, mr. bill duley. second, working with some of the nicest and most intelligent people and friends i have ever had. finally, being able to help people reach goals and stay healthy.

other information
graduated with a b.s. in kinesiology from one of the top programs in the country. respect all sports from distance running to swimming to golf. have gained much experience coaching at westlake high for the past 6 years with some of the most dedicated high school coaches around. next goal: coaching/teaching at college level.
