We're not happy, until you're happy. That is why we guarantee our fit. If something doesn't work out for you, come on back to the store so we can correct our error. We give you two weeks to try the shoes, so that they are sufficiently broken-in. If during that time you experience a problem, we'll handle it. Blisters? No problem. Abnormal foot pain? Sure thing. Basic discomfort with the shoe? We'll take care of that, too. If the problem can be addressed by tweaking the shoe, that will be our first option. Often times just changing the lacing system can solve the problem. If any changes have been made, we give you another two weeks to test the shoes, and if after that, if they still aren't what you were looking for, we'll replace them with another pair, or refund your money. Going through this entire process rarely happens, but we are happy to accomodate you when it does. Like it says above, we take our job seriously. And if you aren't completely satisfied, then neither are we. |
