when we (the agoura high girl's cross country team) won the 1990 state div. I title. after finishing second 3 years in a row, the title felt so special for eveyone involved. 4 years of hard work paid off by fulfilling our goal.

i started running track & field as a youth athlete in 1971. since then i have been involved in the various running sports, either as an athlete or coach.
